Downton Link (Registered Charity No 1075805) offers transport support for local elderly, disabled or otherwise vulnerable people where public transport is not available or inappropriate to a person’s needs. We will also offer a befriending service.
We cover Downton, Redlynch, Lover, Hale, Woodfalls, Morgan’s Vale, Charlton-All-Saints, Breamore, Woodgreen and surrounding hamlets.

Calling all Volunteers
We are always on the look out for new volunteers – not only drivers and befrienders but also transport coordinators or just serving on the Management Committee. The amount of time you can offer is very much up to the individual . It can be very rewarding as our drivers in particular offer a vital lifeline to our clients and are very much appreciated.
